At Precision Epoxy Solutions HI (“Precision Epoxy”), we strive to provide high-quality workmanship and professional service when delivering concrete coating and surface preparation solutions at your property (“Customer”). Our services include concrete grinding and polishing, concrete staining, grind-and-seal systems, broadcast flake and epoxy coatings, and metallic epoxy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Promotions and Pricing Disclaimers

From time to time, Precision Epoxy may offer promotional pricing or discounts. All promotions are subject to availability, may be modified or discontinued at any time, are not retroactive, and are not combinable unless expressly stated. Unless otherwise noted, promotions do not apply to commercial projects.

Estimates and Scope of Work

All estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and may change if site conditions differ. Pricing adjustments may occur due to substrate condition, moisture levels, surface contamination, or additional preparation requirements. Any changes will be communicated prior to proceeding.

Surface Conditions & Substrate Disclaimer

Concrete is a naturally variable material. Precision Epoxy does not guarantee uniform appearance, color consistency, or texture. Hairline cracking, aggregate exposure, color variation, and natural imperfections are not considered defects.

Moisture & Environmental Conditions

Precision Epoxy Solutions is not responsible for coating failure caused by moisture vapor transmission, hydrostatic pressure, flooding, leaks, or improper drainage or ventilation. Moisture testing does not guarantee future conditions.

Residential & Commercial Use

Durability expectations vary based on use, traffic, maintenance, and environment. No coating system is indestructible.

Furniture, Equipment, and Site Preparation

Customer is responsible for removing furniture, appliances, and personal items unless otherwise agreed in writing. Precision Epoxy may refuse to move items that are unsafe or oversized, and is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

Cure Times & Access Restrictions

Customer agrees to follow all post-installation instructions. Precision Epoxy Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by premature traffic, pets, moisture exposure, or failure to follow care guidelines.

Force Majeure

Precision Epoxy Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, governmental actions, or utility outages.

Hazardous Materials

If asbestos, lead-based materials, mold, or other hazardous substances are suspected or discovered, work will be suspended. Customer is responsible for remediation by licensed professionals. Precision Epoxy Solutions is not responsible for related costs or delays.

Warranty Limitations

Any warranty is limited to the scope and duration expressly stated in writing and does not cover damage caused by moisture issues, structural movement, chemical exposure, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Epoxy Solutions’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Precision Epoxy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Hawaii. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.

Modifications

Precision Epoxy Solutions reserves the right to modify these disclaimers at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting or written communication.
